Set amidst a sprawling 51,000 square meters of lush greenery, InterContinental Lijiang Ancient Town Resort is strategically located in World Cultural Heritage-listed Lijiang, Yunnan Province. It is the only international five star village resort hotel in Lijiang Ancient Town World Cultural Heritage Site.

Restaurant & Bars

Chinese restaurant will prepare a wide range of food and beverages for our guests including the Lijiang specialties small-pot rice noodles and yogurt made from yak milk. During lunch and dinner, the restaurant offers authentic Yunnan cuisine as well as signature Guangdong, Sichuan dishes.

Basil Leaf Restaurant is the main restaurant of the Hotel, offering an international menu in a showcase of the best of both Asian and Western cuisines.

Lobby Lounge is the place to see and be seen – chic and elegant. Guests will be able to indulge in hot and cold beverages and enjoy light snacks in a smart casual setting whilst enjoying panoramic views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.Afternoon Tea with a selection of freshly baked cakes and sweet delights will be offered.

Location & Access

Situated inside the Ancient Town with direct vehicle access to and from the main street, the hotel’s architecture and interiors strongly reflect influence from the local Naxi and Dongba Cultures with contemporary design touches integrated into the public areas. The hub of the Ancient Town, Sifangjie (Market Square) is just 10 minutes’ walk. Lijiang Airport, with international and domestic flights, is 30 minutes by car.
