collection of dining and bar experiences, from the all-day Market at EDITION
showcasing farm-to-table flavors to Kusho's yakitori menu to the Lobby Bar with
expansive views of Erhai Lake. Each venue has its own story to share.
Bathed in natural light, MARKET AT EDITION’s relaxed setting of natural wood tones and soft
sunlight echoes Dali’s surrounding landscape. Our chefs thoughtfully select
local, seasonal ingredients from land and lake, bringing the region’s harvest
to the table. The day begins with breakfast, followed by a seasonal menu
offered à la carte for lunch and dinner. From dawn to dusk, open kitchens and
live-cooking stations bring each service to life.
KUSHO
is a warm setting of red clay and dark timber that invites guests on a
flavorful journey through Japanese-style yakitori. Fire-charcoal grilling
highlights seasonal vegetables and locally sourced meats, while interiors echo
the intensity of flame withdark
red brick-lined walls and ceilings and a sleek black bar at the center.
Alfresco seating with lounge-style furniture and an open bar offers 240-degree
views of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake — the best in the house — making
every meal as much about the setting as the cuisine.
Framed
by Erhai Lake, the LOBBY BAR unfolds as a sunlit space where local art,
sculpture, and twin fireplaces set the scene. Sophisticated afternoon tea is
presented tableside from elegant trolleys, inviting guests to linger and savor
the ritual. Farm-to-glass cocktails and live music define the mood, seamlessly
