The Garden Wing of the Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing has 528 beautifully appointed guestrooms and suites, each with a spacious atmosphere, contemporary Chinese decor and enchanting city or garden views.   The deluxe Valley Wing has 142 luxuriously expansive rooms and suites. At no less than 50 square metres, each room includes floor-to-ceiling bay windows, a separate walk-in wardrobe, an extended lounge area, and multiple LCD-display televisions. Valley Wing guests also have exclusive access to the Valley Wing Lounge plus extensive benefits that are exclusive to Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing which further distinguishes it from other Beijing luxury hotels.   
Suites at the Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing offer spacious, well-appointed accommodations with an Asian spirit. The hotel alone boasts a total of 30 spaces for events and meetings, including 2 ballrooms and 2 outdoor venues. With so many to choose from, one will never need to worry about a lack of choice.
The Valley Wing’s Grand Ballroom on level two can accommodate up to 1,400 people theatre style and can be sub-divided into three smaller rooms. With a ceiling height of 8.1metre and direct access to a lift large enough to contain a vehicle, this versatile space is a perfect venue for different events from auto shows to conventions. Each of the thirteen function rooms in the Valley Wing is named after a precious gem.  They range in capacity between 10 and 190 people, with nine of them allowing natural daylight. 
The lobby and walkways on levels two and four connect the Valley Wing and Garden Wing, with each wing having their personal driveway, creating exclusivity. The Garden Wing’s Ballroom can be sub-divided into three smaller spaces as well, and can accommodate up to a total of 750 people theatre style. The five function rooms in the Garden Wing are named after flowers and range in capacity between 25 and 80 people.       
Available for outdoor events, a landscaped garden on level one and a rooftop garden on level four are ideal for both sit-down and standing cocktail receptions.  The Event Centre adjacent to the landscaped garden completes the meeting and event spaces offerings.
