Hotel presentation
The Xiangyang InterContinental is situated on the southern bank of Asia's widest moat (with an average width of 180 meters), facing across the water to the ancient
city of Xiangcheng. From here, one can admire the majestic and vigorous presence of Huaxia's first city walls up close, while gazing into the distant verdant
undulations of Xi Mountain. The hotel is dedicated to creating a serene and comfortable retreat beneath the ancient city walls, amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.
Within its courtyards, one can find pavilions, water features, stone bridges, towers, and winding paths, forming a natural landscape garden amidst the urban hubbub.
The interior design draws inspiration from the historical and cultural heritage of the ancient city of Xiangyang. Famous scenes from Xiangyang's history, literature,
and poetry are depicted through modern and abstract expressions in the decoration and design of each space, gradually unfolding a epic narrative of Xiangyang's
nearly three thousand years of city-building history to guests from all directions.

Han River, the longest tributary of the Yangtze River. The
project address falls within the one-hour economic circle of
Wuhan, connecting to the west with Sichuan and Shaanxi,
bordered to the east by the Jianghan Plain, linking
southward to Hunan and Guangdong, and extending
northward to the Central Plains. It serves as a transportation
hub for the neighboring provinces and cities of Hubei,
Henan, Chongqing, and Shaanxi.
Room Accomodation
The hotel boasts 289 luxurious rooms and suites, with room sizes starting from 37 square meters, each offering a spacious environment that exudes an
aristocratic charm. A clever fusion of modern architecture and traditional garden design creates a living space close to nature. If you cherish urban life
but wish to maintain a connection with the natural world, the garden-view rooms will be your ideal choice. Awaken to the sweet breath of nature in the
morning, immerse yourself in the vibrant city by day, and in the evening, experience the "tipsy" skyline. This is a brand-new interpretation of the
elegant charm of the ancient city for a travel experience
Services
A river of blue water flows through the city, with green mountains half entering the city from ten miles away. The water feature in the drop-off zone is backed by Xi
Mountain, representing the waters of the Han River. The bustling traffic of boats on the Han River reflects the prosperity of Xiangyang's economy, echoing the theme
of 'Green mountains and the Han River, flourishing Xiangyang.' The sculptures in the drop-off zone are inspired by the story of 'Southern boats and Northern horses,'
creatively combining modern sculptural forms with traditional Chu cultural totems. Through metal carving, they blend ancient and modern cultures, harmonizing
with the beauty of Xi Mountain. With a gentle breeze, the water ripples quietly, subtly portraying the millennium-old Han River culture of Xiangyang. It warmly
welcomes guests from all over with cultural significance and etiquette
