The Sofitel Xiong’an hotel complex has a total of 3,000 square meters of meeting space. The two pillarless ballrooms on the ground floor, measuring 1,000 square meters and 800 square meters respectively, will be ideal for high-end business events, conferences and wedding banquets. State-of-the-art audiovisual equipment includes: LED screen, projection, video conferencing equipment, multimedia video player, cable TV and high-speed wireless broadband Internet access. There is also 1 VIP room and 10 multi-function rooms on the second floor, ranging from 50 square meters to 200 square meters, suitable for various small and medium-sized meetings, training and dinner activities. Our professional event planning and creative execution is dedicated to tailoring lavish banquets and conference experiences to our guests.
