The prestigious 4 star deluxe Bailey’s Hotel is located in the heart of London’s fashionable South Kensington and opposite Gloucester Road underground station.  The hotel is one of the original London Victorian hotels and was purpose built in 1876.  It is a Victorian redbrick townhouse and still maintains the original architectural features including a five-story staircase and impressive décor.  The iconic hotel offers guests a unique combination of traditional British charm and contemporary style with a focus on British craftsmanship.    The hotel has 212 bedrooms in 5 categories including 13 suites, 1 private event room and a gym. 

Meeting Facilities

Our discreet, high-spec conference suite, The Rear Window, can hold 16 attendees in U-shape, making it ideal meeting room in South Kensington for team meetings or presentations. It also works well for cocktail parties and film screenings as it can accommodate up to 26 guests for a reception or theatre-style event. The Rear Window is named after one of the legendary director Alfred Hitchcock’s films as he used to be a frequent visitor to the hotel. It has everything you need to host a successful event. This includes a 65-inch High Definition (HD) Smart TV with Clickshare technology and video conferencing technology that allows you to easily stream audio and visual content from your mobile or laptop to the TV. Dedicated Wi-Fi, solely for your event, makes sure your meeting runs smoothly with no interruptions.

Restaurant & Bars

The official re-launch of the The Bugis Singapore Restaurant will be on 20th July 2023 featuring full interior renovation, exciting and delicious new menu with signature dishes incorporating an upscale bar!  Bugis Street, one of Singapore’s most popular shopping districts, was named after the legendary seafaring merchants from the island of Sulawesi. These maritime people were regarded as master shipbuilders who travelled across the seas of the Indonesian archipelago collecting everything from sandalwood to spices, exotic feathers and even gold, to sell at faraway lands such as Singapore. Following a flamboyant history, Bugis Street was transformed in the mid ’90s with widened streets, modern shopping centres and conserved colonial shop houses. Nowadays, it is still frequented by tourists and locals alike. Visitors revel in its street lined stalls featuring traditional and contemporary artefacts, and eclectic street food. This thriving marketplace, with the history of the Bugis spice trade, influences the aromatic and specialized dishes
prepared at Bugis Street Brasserie.

Over the years, its popularity and reputation grew. In 2021 it moved to its new location at The Bailey’s Hotel London and as of July 2023, the restaurant has now re-branded as The Bugis Singapore Restaurant.
