Cordis, Xuzhou is a prestigious development project located at the China Merchants Xuzhou Center. It is a situated in the core financial hub of the New City District, Xuzhou. The hotel is the sixth Cordis in Greater China after Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Ningbo, and Hangzhou. Additionally, it is the first hotel opened by the Langham Hospitality Group in Jiangsu Province. • Cordis, Xuzhou, which is scheduled to open in the second half of 2023, boasts a total area of 26,000 square meters and has 300 guest rooms and suites. It features an outpost of the renowned Hong Kong Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Ming Court, Cordis Children’s Camp, banquet facilities with a capacity of 1,000 people, Gym, indoor pool, spa and other high-end services.

Ming Court, sister to the Michelin-starred restaurants in Hong Kong and Shanghai, offers classic Cantonese cuisine infused with the local spirit and culture of Xuzhou. The restaurant design embodies a balanced and timeless Oriental aesthetics. Through the traditional Chinese perspective of “round sky, square land”, the space of fluidity and morphosis architecture is contained between movement and stillness, openness and closure. The Oriental design philosophy subtly reflects the Chinese style of hospitality.
The all-day restaurant features a fusion of local and global cuisine, with ink over color in its simple and relaxed spatial design that provides a comfortable and enjoyable experience with infinite surprises for diners. As time travels through the transmission of light and shadow in the restaurant's glasswork, the collision of stone and metal textures, decorated with artistic lighting crafted by contemporary masters, result in a distinctive and modern classic feast.
