The Portman Grand Ballroom is an incredible palace-level luxury scene, covering an area of 1620 m2, 55 meters long, 30 meters wide, 12 meters high, and 9.5 meters beneath the lighting fixtures. It can accommodate a meeting of 1200 people or a banquet of 84 tables and can be divided into three independent ballrooms to meet the needs of large and mediumaized events.The Panasonic projector with 20000 lumens and the acoustics and lighting on the performance-level stage can meet the needs of highend customers for different specifications of meetings and banquets.
The Multi-Function Hall covers an area of 595 m2, 35 meters in length, 17 meters in width, 9 meters in height, and 6.5 meters beneath the lighting fixtures, and can accommodate a meeting of 400 people or a banquet of 25 tables (round table diameter of 2.03 meters), or can be divided into three independent banquet halls of about 200 m2.The Multi-Function Hall is adjacent to the Sunlight Seas Hotel lobby. Open the window and you can see the beautiful sea views. It is a preferred place to discuss business.
The Multi-Function Studio covers an area of 580 m2, a length of29 meters, a width of 20 meters, a ceiling height of 9 meters, a distance of 6.5 meters beneath the lighting fixtures,and a theater conference (retractable)that can accommodate 201 people. It is equipped with an LED display screen with a size of 8 m* 4 m. The Multi-Function Studio provides high-quality radio equipment, high-definition LED screens, and surround sound to witness every wonderful performance.
