Restaurant & Bars

“ING” restaurant takes its name from the creation of moveable type printing, one of the three great inventions of Song Dynasty. The restaurant is further inspired by traditional “tea fighting” skills and festive Song-style lanterns, vividly depicting a bustling scene from the imperial era street market. “ING” provides hotel guests with a cherished experience of Song culture.

On offer at “ING” is an inheritance of the fusion of northern and southern food from the Southern Song that includes a delicious assortment of Chinese and Western cuisines. Our chefs' culinary skills are on display for you to enjoy, with their talented interpretation of the fragrant, extravagant flavors of the neighborhood.
