Tonglihu resort is divided into Phase I and Phase II, Phase II officially opened on April 18,2013, Phase II is a boutique hotel built according to the National five-star Hotel Standard, which has the garden style of Jiangnan, set rooms, catering, conferences, leisure and entertainment, vacation in one of the five-star hotel, construction area of about 60,000 square meters, with 253 sets of luxury rooms, as well as various business projects such as meeting rooms, a 1,000-person banquet hall, a luxurious banquet room, a western restaurant, a swimming pool, a gym, a chess and card room, a sauna center, and so on. The second phase consisted of a total of two buildings, building 1,3 floors above ground, 1 floor below ground, 2,5 floors above ground, 1 floor below ground. Phase I opened in 1992,2005 for decoration. It is a four-star resort hotel with an area of 60 mu and a building area of 17,000 square meters. It has the main building, 8 villas and No. 1 water restaurant in Tongli.
