Dalian International Conference Center

Dalian International Conference Center is located in dalian Donggang Business District, CBD core area. It is the main venue of The Summer Davos Forum in China. The project covers an area of 4.3 hectares, with a total construction area of 14.68 million square meters and a height of 59 meters. It is invested by Dalian Municipal government and managed by Poly Commercial Hotel Management Co., LTD. It is divided into one underground floor and four above ground floor. There are 34 meeting rooms of different sizes including the grand Theater, all of which are elaborately designed for high-end conferences, meeting, banquet, wedding banquet, performance, new product release and other multi-functional services for 20-3500 people of different sizes. The exhibition area covers a total area of tens of thousands of square meters, all of which adopt polished lithic geothermal ground, providing perfect exhibition space for high-end exhibitions. Architectural features

Dalian International Conference Center is designed by The Austrian Blue Sky group, which once designed BMW World and the European Central Bank, and Dalian Architectural Design and Research Institute. The architectural concept is grand, exquisite, fashionable, harmonious, green and human as one. The inner and outer walls and roof of the building adopt double-layer curtain wall structure, the exterior surface is perforated metal curtain wall, and the interior surface is glass curtain or metal plate. Some people compare the construction difficulty of the Dalian International Conference Center with that of Beijing's "Bird's Nest". Wolfokong Haid said that it cannot be compared simply because of the different years of construction and the constant development of technology, but it is certain that this building is definitely one of the most difficult projects in the world. The subway

Dalian Metro Line 2 has a station about 200 meters south of the convention center. Get off at the Convention Center station and head north for about 360 meters to reach the Convention Center.

The bus

No. 13 (Dalian Railway Station -- Haizhiyun Subway station), tourism ring road (Dalian railway Station -- Dalian railway Station) in the convention center with stations;

No. 16 (Dalian Ocean University -- convention Center), No. 47 (South gate of Forest Zoo -- Convention Center), No. 536 (Donghai Subway station -- Convention Center) have terminals in the convention center.
