The hotel design concept of exterior and interior was inspired by architectural elements found in local Chinese courtyard and ornamental patterns within the citywall.

• The all-day dining Xian Kitchen on the third floor is a modern, inviting space with its clean lines and rustic accents, it features an interactive bar for drinks selection and spacious outdoor area for guests to reconnect with nature while enjoy the authentic local and western cuisine with fresh concept. The capacity of Xian Kitchen is about 180 including outdoor space.
• Jing Xuan, Cantonese-inspired restaurant will feature the finest and most authentic regional Chinese cuisine in a graceful, elegant setting including 6 elegant private dining rooms. The capacity of Jing Xuan’s Private Dinning Room is about 72, as well as 40 seats in dinning hall.
• Tasuro, Japanese teppanyaki restaurant has a modern cosmopolitan feel, featuring the freshest seasonal produce and ingredients as well as a wide selection of sake in its bar. Here, dining is elevated to a memorable and interactive experience with six live stations showcasing the superb skills of the restaurant's teppanyaki chef. Tasuro has 59 seats.
• Flair, the sophisticated and stylish restaurant and bar has breathtaking 180-degree views of the city, takes al fresco dining to new levels, offers delectable tapas-style staples South East Asia and local delights. Expert mixologists create exceptional drinks that perfectly capture the occasion, including cocktails featuring baijiu, or traditional Chinese rice wine that reflects back to the rich heritage of Xi’an. Flair has about 190 seats in indoor & outdoor areas.
