Restaurant & Bars

L’Atelier Restaurant
French colonial architecture inspires this modern style All-Day Dining restaurant situated by the Resort’s dam – with indoor air conditioning as well as covered al-fresco seating on its viewing deck and panoramas of the hotel’s dam, rice fields and mountains beyond. A feature of the restaurant is its grand iron-structure signature artworks suspended from the high ceilings.   In keeping with Pullman Luang Prabang’s personalized boutique hotel philosophy, L’Atelier adopts a ‘kitchen-to-table philosophy’ – where kitchen and service-staff interact in unison with guests via cooking and bar stations. Even buffets are personalized, featuring a-la-minute preparation with ever-replenished smaller, fresher portions.   L’Atelier also showcases a nutritionist-designed menu of International and Local specialties - emphasizing premium local mainly organic ingredients - including the hotel’s home grown produce. As a result patrons can expect an innovative breakfast and all-day dining experience that includes freshly brewed coffee, on-the-spot squeezed juices, local seasonal produce as well as a variety of other daily ‘surprises’.      Being the focal hotel restaurant, Coffee Culture is the all-day scene interspersed through the week with a-la-carte menus and regular International buffets as well as delightful afternoon tea sets to languish and soak in the settings. The dinner offering often includes an outdoor BBQ - highlighting quality imported prime cuts of beef and seafood to go along with the local fare. L’Atelier is also the source of the hotel’s 24-hour Room Service menu. 

The Junction
Arriving through the resort’s entrance arches, guests are eased into the Pullman Luang Prabang’s verdant pastoral world via the ‘Junction’– with its confluence of Concierge, ‘Library’, Reception lobby, and Cocktail Lounge. Anything goes here and hence it is likely the liveliest focal point and activity center of the otherwise serene resort.
Guests may be seen anytime of day - interacting with Front Office staff or just schmoozing with a coffee, tea, wines, cocktails or snacks in the attached and flow-through Cocktail Lounge with its grand daybeds on the viewing deck. Arriving guests get their first sight of the resort’s expansive vistas from here. Others on their way out for a tour may pick up a sandwich to take on their journey. Still others may be seen in the air-conditioned library section, catching up on social media or urgent business via free wire-less internet, amongst more relaxed bookworms lounging on the sofas within.
In keeping with Luang Prabang’s heritage, elephants and other traditional artworks are featured here and elsewhere around the grounds. Music to suit the time wafts through in the background and in the evening the place is bathed in a softer candlelight and under-lit lotus ponds. The grand daybeds on the viewing deck convert themselves for nighttime revelers and stargazers to take advantage of the ‘big-sky’ and clear air of the elevated locale.  

H2O POOL BAR (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
Location:  Between the resort’s two main swimming pools
At the resort’s main infinity pool and surrounded by rice fields, H2O is the focus of family fun and frolic with pool games, water slides, toboggan rides and other kid-friendly activities amongst its gaily colourful settings. Refreshments are delivered directly to sun-loungers or to those secluded in the private salas. Alternatively, patrons can indulge in cocktails at the pool bar counter, either watching or joining in the action. To add to the fun on the water slide, there’s a popcorn machine and an ice-cream machine for homemade specialties as well as an in house food smoking apparatus and BBQ.
More serious adults and the health conscious are not left out and can hide out in a private sala/tent with snacks, sandwiches, local specialties and salads from the hotel garden.
Removed from the guest rooms H2O is also an ideal venue for poolside cocktail parties, BBQ’s & outdoor Banquets and general revelry.

ELEMENTS - Lounge (16.00 PM – 23 PM)
Location: 3 independent sunken spaces within the fields
For a more sophisticated hangout, Elements Bar and Lounges comprises three chic and tony chill-out bars/dining spaces comprising 3 cozy tent-like structures positioned to take in the expansive and serene landscape. Food and Beverage here is aimed at theming upon the natural ‘elements’ – Earth, Air, Fire and Water, after which the outlet was named  - and to celebrate the sunset. 
The three tent-like pavilions – each with its own sunken deck set upon the ponds - can be booked for private events, from a private dinner for two; intimate dinners for twelve; or cocktail parties for twenty or more. They also offer a perfect setting for small private Barbecues and tapas-style gatherings – whether for individuals, wedding parties or corporate events.
They can be further privatized with harem style tenting. And for corporate events, each pavilion has an independent bar/pantry and thus can be individually themed or all three integrated into a single theme or event.
