Meeting Facilities

On level 3, a multi-purpose event and working space is a modular arrangement that can be transformed from private meeting rooms into an expansive event space. 4 glass enclosed meeting rooms located centrally form the core, while a continuous corridor and breakout spaces can be formed along the entire perimeter of the floor, by turning the meeting rooms’ partitions to lock into a new configuration. The walls of the peripheries are lined with light oak panels which conceal doorways and hidden millwork, uncovering carefully concealed spaces such as a Bulthaup kitchen system used for serving food and refreshments for guests, with a 100pax seated and 200pax standing capacity.

Restaurant & Bars

Restaurants, bars, and entertainment include: Shanghai Tavern, Michelin Starred Chef Jason Atherton’s all-day dining, brasserie style restaurant and HIYA, a new Japanese restaurant, also by Atherton; the sophisticated cocktail lounge Punch Room; Canton Disco, a traditional Cantonese restaurant concept, with a contemporary update; Club Room - a gentleman’s club-inspired lounge area, Electric Circus, a fresh kind of club and VIP lounge and nightclub and two Roof Top Bars. The Spa features a total of 6 treatment rooms and suites，a swimming pool sunk in stone and overlooking the urban landscape and a gym.

Location & Access

The Shanghai EDITION is located at the northeast corner of Nanjing Road East and Henan Road in Puxi, West of Huangpu River on The Bund. Located at the core of the Bund Historical and Cultural Landscape Area, it is the origin of Shanghai's reputation as "a global architecture exposition". Once a British settlement, the Bund lies north of the old, walled city of Shanghai. Its colonial and heritage buildings, many of them in the Beaux Arts style, date from 1920 to 1936, as the Bund developed into a major financial centre of Asia.

Room Accomodation

The Grand Bund View Suites feature an open plan living and dining area, light-filled bedrooms, walk-in-wardrobes, large angled windows, which are signature to the postmodern tower. Guests are able to enjoy views of the historical Bund area of Shanghai Puxi, against the backdrop of Pudong’s modern skyscrapers.

Terrace Suites are housed on the twenty-sixth floor of the tower, with a connecting king and double-double rooms. The open plan living and dining area is generously sized, and opens up to a generous outdoor terrace for alfresco dining and entertainment. The guests are able to enjoy sweeping 180° views of the Bund area.

The magnificent Penthouse Suite occupies almost the entire twenty-fifth floor of the tower, with a connecting double queen room, and private kitchen. With full height windows in all the spaces, the penthouse suite offers an incredible 270° view. The expansive living contains large entry foyer, games table, lounge area, and much more, including office and work areas, in addition to a state-of-the-art bedroom and bathroom with full-length windows.
