The centrepiece of the Chamber of Commerce Shanghai is the 500sqm BVLGARI Ballroom located on the first floor of the building and comfortably accommodating up to 500 guests for cocktails and 300 diners for a banquet. The 'Bvlgari menu' created by Chef Niko Romito is an anthology of great classics of Italian tradition – not just in terms of ingredients and recipes, but concepts tied to presentation and service – interpreted in an updated way. With a focus on purity and simplicity, he combines premium Italian and locally sourced ingredients with humble ingredients ennobled by technique.Bao Li Xuan is located on the third floor of the historic Chamber of Commerce Shanghai building. Helmed by Chinese Executive Chef Fu, it serves Cantonese
haute-cuisine. The menu is based on the combination of contemporary and traditional Cantonese flavours: delicate handcrafted dim sum are served during lunch time and gueridon table service adds to the experience.
