We further provide attentive services for meeting organizers’, which ensure convenience and efficiency that result in successful meetings and events.   The hotel boasts an impressive 3,236 square meters of flexible event space, fashioning a remarkable elegant and open space. The luxurious 1413 square meters pillar-free ballrom has 10 meters ceiling, which is the lagest among international branded hotel in Xiamen. There are additional 6 function rooms and conference rooms, all equipped with advanced audio-visual systems.   The hotel boasts an impressive 3,236 square meters of flexible event space, fashioning a remarkable elegant and open space. The luxurious 1413 square meters pillar-free ballrom has 10 meters ceiling, which enables various flexibilities of multi-functional events set up.   All venues are conveniently located on a single floor with two dedicated elevators and two escalators . Each offers natural daylight and ocean or garden views. A combined 500 above and underground parking spaces well-serve large conferences and banquets.    
HUALUXE Wedding   At HUALUXE, we understand one’s wedding day is of great significance for newlyweds-to-be and their families. We support in this momentous occasion by providing a luxurious venue that reflects social status. What’s more, we offer festive catering customized by a star chef and complete one-stop service from our HUALUXE Wedding Manager.   All the hotel’s efforts serve to create the perfect dream wedding, one that is unforgettable and full of sweet memories for the bride and groom, as well as their loved ones. Chinese Elegance or with western charm, the 1413m2 pillar-free grand ballroom accommodates up to 80 tables and is suitable for a variety of attractive wedding styles, making good wishes to newly married couples. Small, outdoor wedding can additionally be accommodated in the romantic, open-air terrace.

LUXE Tea   Location: 1st Floor Operation Hours: 10:00-23:00   LUXE Tea is a HUALUXE signature designed specifically for the discussing of business, where guests take part in meetings in a discreet environment while enjoying authentic Chinese fine tea. From the themed tea sets for special occasions to the finest stationeries, no detail is left unattended. Certified tea masters perform tea ceremonies and offer seasonal tea tasting.  
LUXE Gathering   Location: 2nd Floor Operation Hours: on request   Created by HUALUXE as a brand signature, LUXE Gathering is a one-stop destination combining fine dining, meetings and entertainment for business and private gatherings, where HUALUXE guests receive an exclusive, super premium experience. Our one-stop service offers a range of activities guests may choose to enjoy prior to and after a meal. The dedicated HUALUXE Food and Beverage Manager and star chef are pleased to create customized guest experiences.    
HUALUXE Dining & Recreation
Cai Feng Lou Chinese Restaurant   Location: 2nd Floor Operation Hours: 11:30-14:30, 17:30-21:30   CAI FENG LOU inspired by the Chinese’ millennia long love affair with bird, full of grace and rich in color, and carries a note of exquisite modernity, whilst evoking a warm nostalgia for China’s traditions. The restaurant will feature an extravagant and thematically unique motif, from the exquisite menu section to the impeccable personalized service, CAI FENG LOU will make its mark on guests offering the best of China’s past, present and future.  
Xian Yan All Day Dining Restaurant   Location: 1st Floor Operation Hours: 06:30-23:00   Xian Yan is a perfect fusion of eastern and western food culture. It features several open cooking stations where selected seasonal food is freshly prepared. The unique noodle bar operates till midnight, offering exquisite local flavors and allowing guests to enjoy the charm of an authentic late night Chinese supper.  
Lobby Lounge   Location: 1st Floor Operation Hours: 10:00-23:00   With its elegant design, soothing music and refreshing HUALUXE scent, the Lobby Lounge is an ideal venue for casual business meetings and social gatherings where exquisite drinks and snacks are served. The Lobby Lounge features a floor curtain wall, 9 meters high large space and 20 meters wide Dunhuang "Fly Apsaras" painting, open space and large windows looking out on the garden scenery create a setting that is perfect for leisurely, high-culture Chinese style afternoon tea.

Fitness Center Location: 4th Floor Operation Hours: 06:30 - 23:00   The Fitness Center is furnished with state-of-the-art, international standard workout equipment, including free weights and computerized exercise machines. An on-site fitness trainer is available to assist in workouts. There is a yoga room for practice in a tranquil setting, a constant temperature and indoor swimming pool.
