When it comes to dining, combining the local culture and cuisine with dishes from around the world, each of the restaurants, lounges and bars has its own unique atmosphere and setting. The Clearwater Bay Lounge offers commanding views of the sea over Clearwater Bay. The Long Bar is a tribute to the bar at Raffles Singapore where the world famous Singapore Sling was created. The Desa serves dining for light snacks to full, five course meals; the Bai Wei – meaning ‘a hundred flavours’ in Chinese, Bai Wei showcases the rich variety of China’s finest regional cuisines. Wuzhizhou Island (15 km from Raffles Hainan) – China's finest scuba diving and snorkelling are within easy reach of Clearwater Bay.
