Dining By Design - Selection of events for guests to choose, either next to river or our resort garden, or in the comfort of your villa.

Anantara Cooking Class - The Cooking Class takes you on a culinary adventure each day from Monday to Saturday. Experienced cooks and beginners alike will delight in the discovery of Thai & Dai cuisine and the culture which produced it. Bring the guest to the morning market trip to touch the experience of Dai local fresh market and got a chance to try some snack and local food and fulfill informed of Dai ingredient such as how Dai people cook, How to eat and how the benefit etc. Bring all the fresh ingredient from the market to cook at their own station. After lunch learn the experience from carving the simple vegetable to be the fantastic veggie.
