Meeting Facilities
The Sofitel Wanda Ningbo has a banqueting space of over 1000 square meters. The ballroom around 680 square meters, Height is 8 meters. The ballroom to take no column windowless design. As the hotel’s largest meeting room. And it could comfortably accommodate 400 persons for a formal Western or Chinese dinner or to host an exquisite cocktail reception for 500 persons, and can be divided into three average 200 square meters small ballroom.
The state-of-the-art facilities provide the most advanced audio and visual equipment, including LCD projectors, video teleconferencing, video multi-system player, closed-circuit television and quick wireless Internet access.
Other meeting rooms on the 3rd floor include Xieying, Puji, Siming and VIP rooms. Most of meeting rooms with natural light have various sizes ranging from 50 to 220 sqm. They provide perfect space for small to middle size meetings, conference, trainings and other events.
