Hotel offers a range of facilities that include the Lotus Pond Ballroom, which covers an area of 283 square metres and holds up to 150 persons for a banquet and a meeting set-up.
  Four other rooms in the East Wing accommodate a range of 10 to 50 people for a meeting and up to 60 for a sit-down dinner. It covers by the green mountain with trees, and closely overlooking the Westlake. The green area is more than 70% of the overall hotel area. Shangri-La Hotel, Hangzhou has 380 beautifully appointed guestrooms and suites located in two wings, the East Wing and the West Wing, and three villas in a separate annex. Rooms are some of the largest among Hangzhou luxury hotels, and are tastefully designed to complement the beautiful natural setting.
