Largest inventory of function rooms in the city center with a total of 15 rooms and all function rooms are within reach of each other either by the guest lifts and escalators hence you do not have to walk too far to get around.
- Pillarless ballroom which is able to be divided into 3 able to handle large conferences with multiple break-outs. 
- Orchid room as the junior Ballroom which is able to be divided into 4 with multiple break-outs. 
- Kowloon Room and Harbour Room which has natural daylight overlooking Victoria Harbour.

Visit the Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts Airport Counter in the Main Arrivals Hall, Counter B8, opposite Exit B.
