Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Shenzhen World for short) is a major project invested by the Shenzhen Municipal Government and jointly constructed by China Merchants Shekou and Overseas Chinese Town for operation. It marks a mega exhibition and convention complex integrating exhibitions, conferences, events (games and performances, etc), catering and commerce.

Location & Access

Air: 7 km away from T3 and 3 km away from T4 of Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport; close to HK Airport.
Highway: Adjacent to S3 Highway, with two toll stations right next to the venue, "Shenzhen World" and "Fuhai". 
Metro: Line 12 and line 20 run direct to the South and North Lobbies of Shenzhen World, enabling people to travel to the airport and downtown quickly.
Ferry: Near Fuyong Ferry Terminal for a 40-minutes trip to HK Airport.
Intercity railway: Only 1 km from the venue to Fuhai West Station of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Intercity Railway, providing convenient access for visitors from the Pearl River Delta to travel to and from the venue.

Shenzhen World is surrounded by four hotels, including Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, Crown Plaza, and the under-construction Intercontinental. Over 4,000 hotel rooms are available. 

Meeting Facilities

There are more than 150 meeting rooms in total, ranging from 45㎡ to 6600㎡, with a total conference space of 34,000㎡. Among them, there are two ballrooms: the South Ballroom 3300 square meters, and the North Banquet Hall 6600 square meters, which can be split or combined. In addition to the North Ballroom, the Conference Center in Hall 18 has 25 meeting rooms, which are suitable for various academic conferences and industry summits. The Plenary Hall (1741 seats) is a stepped lecture hall equipped with professional equipment which can be used in dramas and shows. Hall 20 the Event center is suitable for holding sports events, automobile events and commercial performances, excellent floor height and rigging points coverage, 6220 seats being retaractable. VIP boxes and lounges are located on Level 3, and premium ancillary facilities such as hospitality rooms, dressing rooms and offices are also available.
