Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai offers a total of 1,850 sqm for meetings, conferences and events, including the pillar-less Grand Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 800 guests for receptions. There are 13 additional function and meeting rooms that can accommodate from 20 to 150 guests. Located near the fully-equipped Business Centre, the hotel’s facilities also include the Huangpu Auditorium and two 10-person meeting rooms. The Business Centre provides high-speed network connection, Wi-Fi, secretarial and translation services, facsimile and e-mail, as well as the most advanced simultaneous interpretation and interaction TV on the market. The hotel is in the centre of the financial district and a short stroll from many of the city’s famous landmarks. The Lujiazui metro station is nearby, as is convenient vehicular access to the new tunnel linking Pudong to Xinjian Road, in Puxi. In addition, the Shanghai New International Expo Center is just 15 minutes away.

Some of the largest rooms in their category in the city, superior rooms offer twin or king size beds in a contemporary design with views of the Pudong Financial District.
Similar in design and size to the superior rooms, all deluxe rooms face the Huangpu River.
Located on the 27th, 28th and 29th floors, all Executive Rooms offer private check-in service at the Executive Lounge and complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails served in the private dining area.
These one-bedroom suites face the Pudong Financial District. Guests can enjoy a separate work area within the suite.
Guests can enjoy spectacular views of the tallest building in Shanghai from the separate living room. The spacious bathroom offers a massage bathtub and rainforest shower.
Guests benefit from additional facilities and services at the Executive Lounge. These spacious suites offer the opportunity to watch boats navigating the Huangpu River and the Bund skyline beyond.
The Presidential Suite is located on the 27th floor and offers a 180° view of the Huangpu River. The suite is 105 sqm (1130 sq ft) in size and includes a private check-in and check-out service, a separate dining room and an area ideal for hosting meetings or relaxing. Dedicated butler service is also available and the Executive Lounge is accessible 24 hours on the 28th floor.
The Imperial Suite is located on the 28th floor, with a 180° view of the Huangpu River. The suite is 245 sqm (2637 sq ft) in size and features private check-in and check-out service, a separate dining room for 10 people, a large meeting and living room with high ceilings, a fireplace and a bar area. The grand marble bathroom includes a private whirlpool, a deep bathtub and a rainforest shower. Butler service is available throughout one’s stay and the Executive Lounge is open 24 hours per day on the same floor.

the 30th floor features Technogym equipment
